Shipping policy
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local carrier depending on destination).
- Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, and destination. If you prefer a specific carrier, contact us before purchase and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment clears (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or high-value orders may take up to 5 business days to process for additional inspection and secure packaging.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, carrier rates, and destination.
- Estimated delivery times (after shipment):
- Domestic: 2–7 business days (depending on selected service)
- International: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination and customs)
- These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited services are available at checkout when offered by carriers. Selecting expedited shipping reduces transit time but does not shorten processing time unless paid for and specified.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. Use that number on the carrier’s website to track your package.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, contact support.
Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided, including stolen or lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Consider choosing a secure delivery location or requiring signature for high-value orders.
Signature Requirements & Insurance
- Signature may be required for high-value orders at our discretion. If you require signature confirmation, select that option at checkout (if available).
- We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance for high-value orders. We may automatically insure certain high-value packages; details will be noted in your order confirmation.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges levied by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- We do not mark packages as “gift” or undervalue items; doing so is illegal.
- Delivery times for international orders depend on customs processing and the destination country.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, take photos and sign “damaged” where possible.
- For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and damaged item. Refunds for damaged items are issued per our Return & Refund Policy.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, contact us; we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not automatically responsible for missing packages unless we or the carrier are at fault.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- We cannot guarantee changes to shipping address, carrier, or service once an order is placed. Contact us immediately; if the order has not shipped we may be able to update it.
- We have a no-cancellation policy once an order is placed. Exceptions may be made at our discretion prior to shipment.
